you continue to use this Website regardless of, and after any, amendments are
posted on the Website.

our Website are intended for your personal non-commercial use only. All images,
etc. in this Website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in
any manner without written permission from I Asia. This includes the modification
of any of the information contained within. Copyright infringement or improper
use of other intellectual property rights will be deemed unlawful and action
taken applicable to respective country law. 

(b) I Asia Group is a company registered under the
laws of Thailand, however, Suppliers for I Asia are subject to laws in their
own respective countries.

All prices quoted in this Website are subject to availability and can be
withdrawn without notice. Prices are subject to change until full payment is
received and documentation is finalised. Prices that are quoted include all
taxes and fees unless otherwise advised. 

(d) The website may
include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be made to the
literature from time to time and incorporated accordingly. This Website is
subject to improvements and changes without notice at any time. 

2.
Tour Commencement 

(a)
Unless otherwise advised, please be waiting at your assigned Pickup Point/Meeting
Point (whichever is applicable) 10-15 minutes prior to the time assigned by I
Asia or I Asia’s supplier. Please present your voucher and/or photo ID in
exchange for booked Activity. 

(b)
The Location of the Pickup Point/Meeting Point & Timing can be found either
in the Website (in the Notes of the specific Product itself) AND/OR in
correspondence from I Asia. If any clarification is required, I Asia must be
contacted during working hours the day prior to the Activity. 

(c)
It is recommended that persons be at the Pickup Point/Meeting Point at least 10
minutes prior to the scheduled time. I Asia cannot be held responsible for
people showing up late for their tours. 

3. Other Sites 

(a) I Asia acts as an independent contractor to
supply or arrange for travel services contained in this Website from third
parties. The Terms & Conditions, including cancellation policies, etc., of
the third party may override those of I Asia. I Asia will do all possible to
ensure any conditions meet those advertised in this Website. However, this
cannot be guaranteed. (In cases of cancellation fees, compensation/refund
requests, etc., I Asia will do all possible to have the third party’s
conditions meet with those advertised in this site. That said, final decision belongs
to the third party concerned and all parties must abide accordingly.). 

(b) I Asia tries to keep all the information in
this Website accurate and up-to-date. This is a massive job that requires
multiple adjustments to the Website on a daily basis. Especially in the case of
a change being made by a third party, (ie. Supplier), changes can occur before
said changes can be entered into the Website. As such, I Asia cannot be held
responsible for any changes not showing to dates, content, availability,
general conditions, etc. and will not be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential losses and/or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your
access. 

4. Disclaimer and Liability 

(a) Any use of this Website shall
be at your own risk. I Asia Group, its partners, and its suppliers make no
representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or
timeliness of the Content, Information or Services provided on or through the
use of the Website or the Systems. No information obtained by you from the
Website shall create any warranty. 

By using our Website you agree that I Asia, its partners, and
its suppliers will not be liable under any circumstances, including negligence,
for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use or misuse of
the information and/or material contained herein. 

All users and consumers of this
Website agree and acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability
and warranty provided in these Terms & Conditions are fair and reasonable.

Website in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and for lawful and proper
purposes only. You agree to be responsible for all matters idiopathic from your
use of this Website. Furthermore, you agree not to use this Website in any
manner which breaches any applicable law or regulations which may cause an

breach of any Terms & Conditions, I Asia reserves its right to deny you
access to this Website. I Asia is not required to provide reason for said
denial with or without further reference to you. 

6. Changes and Modifications 

(a) We reserve the
right at our absolute discretion and without liability to change, modify,
alter, adapt, add or remove any of the terms and conditions contained herein
and/or change, suspect or discontinue any aspect of this Website. 

(b) We are not required
to give any advanced notice prior to incorporating any changes and/or
modifications to this Website. 

7. Suggestions,
Comments and Feedback 

Any suggestions,
comments or feedback sent to I Asia’s website shall be treated as
non-confidential and do not receive or warrant any reward or compensation of
any kind. Should it be required, I Asia reserves the right to disclose your
personal information with our own offices, Suppliers, government/security
agencies or providers of similar services in whatever country they may be
located.   

8. Claims and
Complaints 

Any contract to be contested by the consumer
for whatever reason must be forwarded without delay so that I Asia, its
supplier, its guide or required persons or organisations may immediately
remedy. Any claim or complaint must be submitted in writing to I Asia no later
than ten working days of the date of the booking or of the date of return to
the starting point (documented evidence in writing of return date obligatory). 

9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions and this Website’s content shall be
governed and construed in accordance with Thai laws, and the courts of Thailand
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute which may arise in
relation thereto. 

10. Conflict Between English Text and Other Translation 

If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text
of the content of this Website or in the Terms and Conditions and the
translation thereof, the English text shall always prevail and supersede any
other language translation.
